Champ Mark Investments Limited (“CMIL?, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLS, is principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture, supply and maintenance of traditional computer lottery terminals in the PRC and possesses a number of important patents and intellectual property rights. CMIL is also a supplier of KENO terminals and is expanding its business to overseas markets.

Its subsidiaries include:

1)Guangzhou San Huan Yong Xin Technology Company Limited, one of the three largest suppliers in the PRC which specialise in the provision of computer lottery system and equipment to the provincial welfare lottery issuing authorities, has provided over 7,000 lottery terminals to Guangdong, one of the province with the highest lottery sales.

2)Guangzhou Lottnal Terminal Technology Company Limited, a well-known manufacturer of lottery ticket scanners and readers in the PRC which has provided over 40,000 unit of lottery related products to both domestic and foreign customers.
