For Jan to June 2012, total lottery sales recorded a growth of approximately 27.6% YOY to approximately RMB 129.056 billion (Jan to June 2011: approximately RMB 101.144 billion). Please refer to the attachment for breakdown.

The lottery sales data reveals:

I.    WELFARE LOTTERY

For June 2012, Welfare Lottery accounted for approximately 58.00% (approximately RMB 12.537 billion) of total lottery sales for the month, up approximately 19.9% YOY. Lotto games,Instant Scratch Cardsand VLT accounted for approximately 72.41%,12.94% and 14.65% of total welfare lottery sales respectively.

For Jan to June2012, Welfare Lottery accounted for approximately58.27% (approximately RMB 75.196 billion) of total lottery sales for the period, up 27.5% YOY. Lotto games, Instant Scratch Cards and VLT accounted for approximately 72.36%, 14.07% and 13.57% of total welfare lottery sales respectively.

a. Welfare Lotto

For June 2012, Welfare Lotto sales were approximately RMB 9.079 billion, up approximately 22.8% YOY.

For Jan to June 2012, Welfare Lotto sales were approximately RMB 54.416 billion, up approximately 33.0% YOY.

b. Welfare Instant Scratch Cards

For June 2012, Welfare Instant Scratch Cards sales were approximately RMB 1.622 billion, down approximately 3.6% YOY.

For Jan to June 2012, Welfare Instant Scratch Cards sales were approximately RMB 10.577 billion, up approximately 3.5% YOY.

c. Welfare Video Lottery

For June 2012, Welfare VLT sales were approximately 1.836 billion, upapproximately 33.0% YOY.

For Jan to June 2012, Welfare VLT sales reached approximately RMB 10.204 billion, up approximately 29.9% YOY.

II.  SPORTS LOTTERY

For June 2012, Sports Lottery accounted for approximately 42.00% (approximately RMB 9.077 billion) of total lottery sales for the month, up approximately 29.8% YOY. Lotto games, Instant Scratch Cardsand Single Match Game accounted for approximately 57.13%,17.44% and 25.43% of total Sports Lottery sales respectively.

For Jan to June 2012, Sports Lottery accounted for approximately 41.73% (approximately RMB 53.860 billion) of total lottery sales for the period, up approximately 27.8% YOY. Lotto games,Instant Scratch Cardsand Single Match Gameaccounted for approximately 57.45%,17.79% and 24.76% of total Sports Lottery sales respectively.

a. Sports Lotto

For June 2012, Sports Lotto sales were approximately RMB 5.186 billion, up approximately 28.3% YOY.

For Jan to June 2012, Sports Lotto sales were approximately RMB 30.944 billion, up approximately 41.3% YOY.

b. Sports Instant Scratch Cards

For June 2012, Sports Instant Scratch Cards sales were approximately RMB 1.583 billion, down approximately 6.2% YOY.

For Jan to June 2012, Sports Instant Scratch Cards sales were approximately RMB 9.582 billion, down approximately 3.9% YOY.

c. Sports Single Match Game

For June 2012, Sports Single Match Game sales were approximately RMB 2.308 billion, up approximately 82.5% YOY.
